Philosophy of Nursing Assignment

Introduction

My purpose as a nurse is to play a key role in improving patient outcomes and providing quality care. My holistic approach to care focuses on excellent care, and dedication to patients making me an essential part of the healthcare team. Nurses are vital to providing compassionate, high-quality care that helps patients recover and improves their overall health.

Why I Chose Nursing as My Profession

Nursing is more than just a job to me. In other words, it is my calling in life and I take great pride when patients find themselves welcoming the world back into their lives because it was something that left them feeling broken or inadequate before ever getting injured – but now there are signs of optimism thanks to all this caring work. For our profession as nurses to come off looking good on camera (I mean anytime someone sees somebody who looks like they know what they are doing), then, we need better public relationships and more people to enter healthcare-related fields. I chose nursing as my profession because I am committed to learning and providing excellent care to all patients, families, and communities. Nursing is a challenging and rewarding field that allows me to use my creativity, compassion, and critical thinking skills. I am proud to be a nurse and believe that we make a difference in the lives of others every day.

My philosophy about nursing is based on the four meta-paradigms: person, environment, health, and profession. First of all, I believe that it is important to pay attention not just to one illness or condition treated in isolation but rather to how everything affects each other when caring for someone who has an entire life full of commitments (person). Secondly, there is a need to be a commitment to maintaining good relationships with patients’ families because they are also involved which means taking time away from work might happen often – this involves managing your personal life while still attending to professional duties as well.

There are many reasons why people should consider nursing as a profession. The most important one is that nurses provide excellent care to all patients, families, and communities. Nursing is a very rewarding career, and nursing professionals are in high demand across the globe. Nurses also have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and help improve health outcomes for patients.

The core of Nursing According to My Beliefs

I believe that nursing is a profession that is centered around meeting the needs of patients. This can be done in various ways, but at its core, nursing is about providing excellent care to all patients, families, and communities. I also believe that nurses must also uphold the dignity and integrity of the profession. This means always putting the patient first and acting with honesty and compassion. Nurses are entrusted with great responsibility, and it is important to remember that the decisions made during a nurse’s shift can have a profound impact on a patient’s life (Gottlieb & Gottlieb, 2017). The nursing process is a holistic, patient-focused approach that uses in relationships with people and their families. Every individual has different needs for care which requires an individualized plan of action. I believe that to be a successful nurse, you need an overwhelming amount of compassion and care for your patients. You are not only taking care of their physical health but also their emotional needs as well.

Focus of Nursing

Nursing has always been and will continue to be, focused on providing excellent care to all patients, families, and communities. Nurses are the backbone of the healthcare system and play a critical role in promoting human dignity and integrity. Nursing is a calling that requires passion, compassion, and dedication – qualities that are essential for delivering quality care (Gottlieb & Gottlieb, 2017). The nursing profession has a long and distinguished history of providing compassionate, excellent care to all patients, families, and communities. Nurses are committed to the highest ideals of human dignity, integrity, and compassion. Nurses are highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each patient. They work in collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure that every patient receives the best possible care. Nurses are also leaders in promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing disease. They play a vital role in educating patients about their healthcare options and helping them make informed decisions about their treatment. As a professional nurse, I have years of experience working with traumatic incidents and providing excellent care to my patients. I also have a strong relationship with my fellow professionals, which allows me to provide the best possible care for my patients. My focus is always on the safety and well-being of my patients, and I will continue to provide excellent care for them in the future.

My Vision as a Nurse

I strive to provide quality patient outcomes through evidence-based care and holistic interventions. My goal is to help patients achieve optimal health and well-being. I am constantly looking for ways to improve my practice, and I am committed to providing excellent care for my patients. As a nurse, I want to provide the best care possible for all my patients. Regardless of their culture or race; they are family and deserve only excellence from me as we work together toward recovery. Nurses must have a compassionate heart, concern for their patients, and the ability to provide dependable care (Gottlieb & Gottlieb, 2017). They should also be honest with both themselves as well as those around them so that they can maintain integrity in everything done which includes accurately assessing symptoms or injuries while dealing appropriately with any situation no matter how difficult it may seem at first glance.
