In addition, the healthcare system operates a network of specialized facilities and hospitals across the United States. Some of the specialized services offered by the healthcare organization include special medical services, preventive treatment, trauma services, management of chronic diseases, and primary care, among others. This paper evaluates the readiness of the Dignity Healthcare system as a case study to meet the healthcare requirements of US citizens in the next decade.

It was started in 1986 as a Catholic healthcare provider by the Sisters of Mercy and has one of the best forms of governance platform across the country. For example, the healthcare provider has one of the best long-term plans focusing on joint ventures, sales, acquisitions, and allocating capital finances (Esfahani et al., 2018).

Dignity Health is one organization that has always strived to implement some relevant strategies and effective policies that work towards the dynamism in the US healthcare system. Presently, millions of people access healthcare services from various healthcare providers across the US. Recruiting qualified nursing personnel has always been one of its primary objectives. Therefore, the healthcare system has guaranteed high-quality healthcare services that benefit US citizens. Although the healthcare organization has no open vacancies for CEOs, it always needs other subordinate and managerial staff. Occasionally, the healthcare facility usually recruits specialists and other local applicants living in its respective areas of jurisdiction (Ali, 2018). In addition, Dignity Health has one of the best forms of equipment resources across the United States. Thus, it offers an effective strategy when it comes to the management of resources.

Therefore, the quality of the services offered in its respective outlet seems to match its core objective of being a center for providing high-quality healthcare services (Ali, 2018). Thus, the quality of services provided in its medical centers and hospitals is high, ensuring that its clientele is satisfied with the provided care. Additionally, the healthcare provider has corporate responsibility and sustainability goals, programs, and strategies that ensure patients are always satisfied. However, the healthcare organization has some challenges when it comes to balancing religious beliefs and nursing ethics.

Identifying Any Current or Potential Issues Within the Organizational Culture

Dignity Health faces some issues that involve employees resisting change.
